"I have removed my initial review of this company since they have finally refunded my purchase price and shipping costs. Sonic, apparently unwittingly, sent me a used, damaged unit instead of a new unit. After weeks of arguing they finally refunded 100% of my costs.
Prices are good. Shipping is fast. Customer service is seriously lacking."

"SonicElectronix is the real deal. I was wary ordering an Amp and Sub online, but after receiving the items promptly and absolutely new, I am very happy. My amp was popping and the tech spent lots of time diagnosing the problem. They even exchanged the amp for another. The tech, Andrew,found out my sub pre-outs were no good and not the amps fault. He even recommended a Pioneer 2 din instead of my faulty HU. I purchased a new pioneer HU today from Sonic. I even got $50 off the price with their excellent price matching service. I was thinking of going with another online site for another $20 savings, but SonicElectronix has excellent Customer service and tech support that cannot be matched. I usually don't write steller reviews of online retailers, but the tech Andrew went the extra mile figuring out my amp problem."
"I purchased a Pyle PLDNV78i on line. The web sight assisted me in assuring a good fit for my vehicle, suggested the other parts and/or part numbers needed for the installation. Offered these parts for free . (up to $30.00) So, in essence the wiring kit and mounting kit was included in the already low price.
I ordered the unit somewhat early in the morning. It shipped the same day and arrived the next day. I received e-mail notifications every step of the way to include the freight company and tracking number. They used OnTrac shipping. I work full time and I have a business at my house so I receive a lot of packages while not at home. But not being familiar with OnTrac and realizing that the package was coming way sooner than I had expected. I called to see if the package could be left as usual without a signature. They declined that and came up with an immediate solution delivering the package next door to my retired neighbor.
The unit was packaged well, arrived in good shape and ended up to be far more than advertised. Not having any problems with the transaction, I couldn’t comment on customer service. However, I sent an e-mail to Pyle with a tech question some time ago and haven’t received an answer. So I hope with as smooth as the transaction went with Sonic, that if they can help with my tech issue, I’ll get a much sooner response from them.
Overall I am very pleased with Sonic. They make buying online very cost affective, a pleasure and a convenience as it should be.

"The customer service guy i spoke at first (Brian) was apparently annoyed I called to ask for information for my 1 week delayed shipping package. Not helpful, quite rude. However, everything was set to place when the next day I spoke with a very helpful lady which gave me at last true information on the situation. After multiple messages they indeed went overboard to make sure everything was ok and at the end the gps arrived as promised. "
