I ordered an item from them because their shipping warehouse is 22 miles from my home in Thousand Oaks. I placed my order on Sunday, Dec 16th and they shipped Monday the 17th.

Bravo!

However, because my item was small and lightweight (0.6267 lbs.), they elected to ship my order via DHL GlobalMail because it's cheaper for them. The was NO mention of this anywhere during the checkout process! I fully expected to receive the product on Tuesday, Dec 18th.

Now, it's Wednesday and I find out that I won't receive the item until Thursday!

It went from Valencia to Compton via DHL who then gave it to the US Post Office in Comton. Then USPS to Thousand Oaks where it'll sit overnight, then on to me tomorrow.

I'm 22 miles away!

Why didn't they just ship via the Post Office in the first place? I would have it by now!!"
