"Buyers beware! Ordered a FiiO D3 (D03K) "Taishan" Digital to Analog Audio Converter on Jan. 20, 2013. On their website it states: "Converts Digital Audio w/ Coaxial or Optical (6ft Toslink Included) to 2-Channel Analog Audio Output". The item was delivered without "6ft Toslink". Multiple good faith email inquires to sales department and customer support department were ignored.

Update: After posting the above 1-star review here, SonicElectronix rep contacted us and offered a refund of $10 for the missing cable and has since corrected the description error in their website. Having to buy a separate cable elsewhere is inconvenient and frustrating, however, SonicElectronix's fast shipping and efforts in correcting errors is commendable."

NOT LIKELY TO ORDER FROM AGAIN!

I won't say that I won't buy from them again but Sonic definitely didn't secure my loyalty. I had a $750.00 order of in stock items and it didn't ship for three days. I have emailed both sales and support a total of six times in the last three weeks and only received ONE response! (and no, the emails didn't go to my spam folder). I returned $143.00 worth of merchandise and placed an exchange order for $170.00 but only got a credit of $123.00!

So because of this, I looked else where for my speakers and found them at Hi-Tech Car Toys on eBay for a little cheaper and purchased them there instead. Had my business been appreciated from Sonic, I wouldn't have even looked elsewhere. Even if I had, if they had earned my loyalty, I still would have purchased from them instead of elsewhere just to save a few bucks. So because of their lack of caring for my business, they lost a $350.00 speaker order."
