FOLLOW UP to below Order:
After not hearing about my RMA for a week, I received the request to review Sonic Electronix here. After the poor review, I received several e-mails trying to provide excuses for the slow response, and poor overall customer service. They even sent a replacement bracket without me returning the original broken unit.
Imagine my feeling when I received the new bracket the next day, only to discover it also was broken and in even WORSE condition. I now must go and locate a different source for the bracket, thus delaying the installation (AND testing) of the radio I purchased.
I know you can not expect every transaction (online or in person) to go smoothly, but Sonic Electronix is definitely on my AVOID list, and I will advise anyone I know to also avoid doing any business with them."
