Lies about shipping

"Ordered a signed photo for a Christmas gift on December 8th. Email receipt said that it wouldn't be shipped until December 18! Called and they said that it would arrive by the 23rd because it was a "gift" promo item. On the 18th I called since I didn't get a notification that it had shipped; the date changed to 12/19. Then called again on the 19th; I was reassured that it would reach me by 12/23. They didn't ship the item until 12/22! Arrived on 12/27. So, ordering on the 8th with a "gift" promo for guaranteed delivery by 12/23 meant NOTHING! Words mean nothing, only delivery and execution. No integrity with this customer service group."

Nuttin’ for Christmas

"I ordered an autographed picture on December 15 for my husband with guaranteed delivery by December 23. I received countless emails from your company wanting me to order “last minute gifts guaranteed December 23 delivery “ free shipping etc. I kept looking for a confirmation for delivery, all I saw was order more! Bla, bla, bla bla...bla bla bla bla.
I received nothing but emails wanting me to buy more stuff.
You promised after “going to the dungeon” I would have my gift overnighted. That was Wednesday, I waited until Friday to call and y’all were already on Christmas vacation so I had NOBODY to ask where the &@$# was my gift.
I’m so glad I didn’t fill out a survey ahead of time. The person I spoke with seemed to handle the situation, but someone somewhere dropped the ball.
Christmas morning = no gift
Thanks for nothing.

Andrea saved the day!

"If it weren't for her, I think SportsMemorabilia would have less than one. I knew there had to be someone there that could at least 'try' and help me out. Unfortunately, I was only dealing with one person prior to reaching her. I ordered an item well within the timeline to have it before Christmas, but unfortunately, it didn't make it. All I wanted to do was be helped. I finally gave up, decided to call and request someone else. That definitely did the trick! Andrea Mendoza totally rocks as she me with excellent customer service! She saved Christmas with the in-laws!

DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY

"This company does not keep up with inventory and allows customers to purchase sold out/discontinued merchandise and takes the money before the item is even made and shipped.. And FYI this was a Christmas gift and it's literally 3 days before Christmas. Won't have the cash back in time to even look for another present.. But they are sorry and the person who I bought it for should understand... Thanks ooooooh and FYI does the celebrities that endorse this company even know what they do? Save your cash and visit a real company who actually cares when you spend your hard earned money for "
