"Horrible customer service. Ordered an item on 4/16 that was supposed to be shipped in 10-14 days. 21 days later still no shipment. Called customer service and was promised the item would be done over the weekend. Wednesday still no word. Called back and was told “I can’t get ahold of the warehouse but I’ll try - if I don’t hear from them by 5pm I’ll call you back (mind you it’s 9am)”. Asked who’s the owner of your company that you have such **** service? “I don’t know I just work in customer service”. Who’s your supervisor then I want to talk to them? “They’re in a meeting” yea right...that’s super convienent.
Don’t waste your money - go somewhere that will actually get you your product "

"i had ordered a signed hockey jersey from sports memorabilia through Amazon, finally after hours of looking online i had found the one i wanted. i look through the pictures to see what size they come in [the description had no sizes listed, and yes i know signed jerseys are ment for framing not wearing,but this was a special occasion.] any how i find a picture that says XL , it was perfect. i bought it as soon as i could. once i received it, wrong size. not to happy called sports memorabilia to hear a very polite gentlemen tell me he wasnt sure y i needed this size to b big. i told him the special occasion and it was clear, he tried his hardest to find the size i needed. but in order to get my refund i need to b transferred to customer service, where a rude lady was transferred to me. she sent me an email saying there was a restocking fee[which it didnt have anything said about restocking fee on description. or anywhere on jersey screen] and as conversation progressed she continued basically to tell me it was my fault that i cant read. jerseys arent ment for wearing ma'am i dont know why u thought it would b a large, no size is listed,....i again told her i looked at picture listed with jersey and no restocking fee was mention on description about restocking fee. no to mention i was being transferred to 3 other ppl before i got to her. back and forth, back and forth it was a nightmare, not to mention as well they couldnt find my return! 400$ down the drain! ups had dropped it off at 11:15 am 4/23 she told me she would get in contact with her team and find it, well 16 hrs had passed and the next day came, but it didnt pass. o called upset wondering why i didnt call just to hear she is still waiting for her team to get back to her. first ignorance now this! the only one who helped me through this horrendous purchase was a kind employee at sports memoriblia calling me to make sure everything was ok and if we had figured out the situation. Customer service however did not! she gave me attitude, was extrememley unorganized and was extremley rude! i will never shop here again. but a big thank u to sports memoriblia employee who helped me along the way. "
"I bought a few football cards from them recently and afterwards realized that some of the cards listed on their website are the exact same card listed on eBay serial number and all. They are just buying it off of eBay and reselling it to the customer for more than double the price. I feel the site is a complete rip-off"

"I ordered a special gift for a dear friend’s birthday and it was shipped into boxes. I quickly called in Connie helped me and put a tracer since a showed delivered. Wow UPS contacted me and I had my friend contact the mail room as they provided me with signatures and sure enough at her company somebody knew was in there and holding the package by accident for four days .
That’s great customer service a lot of people nowadays will tell you to do it yourself . And story my friend is thrilled with her Kirby Puckett baseball card and the stand it sits in. I will definitely be ordering from them again "
