Andrea Mendoza is a rock star!

"I placed an order for a Christmas gift and was notified it was incorrectly advertised several days after I placed the actual order and after I had sent an email requesting an update. Andrea contacted me and worked with me to find another gift option. I picked something that normally takes a while to ship. She got on the phone with the manufacturer and they agreed to expedite! Thank you Andrea for going above and beyond. I will definitely purchase from here again - real customer service! "

Marie Wall Is the best

"I ordered and received a picture from SportsMemorabilia. When the picture arrived there was a slight flaw in the manner in which the picture was framed. I reached out to SportsMemorabilia and had the good fortune to have Marie Wall assist me in resolving the issue. Marie had me email her some pictures of the flaw. Within minutes of sending her the photos I received a prepaid shipping label to send the picture back. About a week later I contacted her to find out the status of the repair. She told me that the picture would be returned to me shortly. And it was and in excellent condition. My thanks to her for making the process easy."

"This company has amazing customer service. They accidentally shipped me the wrong item. After contacting them about their mistake, I was connected with Thias Evans who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that this error was corrected in a very fast and timely manner. She continued to remain in contact with me until she had verification that the correct item was shipped out. Even though she knew that their systems would send me out and email notifying me that the item shipped. She still reached out to me personally to let me know the item had shipped and provided me with the tracking number for my item. Even with all the chaos of the holiday season she made me feel like I was the ONE AND ONLY person she had to deal with, when I know she probably had many other things she needed to be taking care of. I am truly blown away by the customer service I received. "
