"Made a recent purchase from their other site, Hollywood Memorabilia.com. At first I was a little apprehensive about ordering, I'm always cautious about ordering things over the internet, but this was a present for a family member and I knew they would love it. I got a little scared at first when I didn't receive and tracking info for my purchase, especially since I ordered a faster shipping option. However, after contacting customer service their representative Jane was extremely prompt and informed me right away of the status of my purchase (a Dark Knight Rises photo print signed by Christian Bale). I don't order stuff like this often online, but if I do again, I will definitely be contacting Jane again!"

"I received a bobblehead from SportsMemorabilia that was broken when it arrived. I reached out to Christine Benavente and she was extremely helpful. She was quick to respond and provided solution-driven customer service. Obviously, in a customer service role people are not contacting you because things are going well!
Christine did a great job of accepting responsibility for something that was most certainly not her fault. She didn't pull the order, wrap the order, ship the order, etc. Somewhere along the way the order got damaged and she accepted responsibly for it and provided a solution.
Any company would be lucky to have more employees with Christine's level of professionalism and follow through."

"Recently ordered a plaque from Sports Memorabilia.com. The plaque was to be an award given to a colleague at a business dinner a couple of days away. I ordered overnight delivery but didn't realize that there was a 3-5 day potential delay to have the plaque fabricated, boxed and shipped. When I figured this out I connected with Christine in customer service and she was able to expedite the order and get the plaque to me on time. She really went above and beyond to do so and was always so pleasant and professional as we worked out the logistics. I was very impressed with her service and concern that we received the item in time for the event.....which we did. Thanks very much for the extraordinary effort. It is greatly appreciated!

"I originally posted an unflattering review of Sportsmemorabilia.com. This was due to a misunderstanding due to miscommunication between sportsmemorabilia.com and UPS. However, Jane in the customer service department contacted me by phone and was able to totally rectify the situation. So in light of recent developments I'm editing my review to reflect my much improved opinion of this company. They may not be perfect but you can rest assured that you will receive a quality product. If you experience any problems Jane will surely straighten it out. I will certainly use this company in the future. "
"I'll be candid and say that I did not have the best experience with SportsMemorabilia.com. There were so many aggravating things that happened with my order that it's actually too much to type. However....it is worth typing to say that I connected with Jane in their customer service/sales department who made the experience a whole lot better. She took the time to research my order, to provide updates, to follow up to ensure I got delivery and overall, just offer great service.
