"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"The C/s person understood my issue with the defective BBQ unit, I had pictures and all the information ready. The C/s staff follow through and agreed the unit was defective and could cause a fire etc - - the C/S staff followed through, and explained that ALLSTATE will be issuing a check for the amount I paid for BBQ - - Thank you Allstate Protection program, I normally do not by extended warranties, however things are being made to quick or as I call them throw out items, especially anything with electric - - Thanks again, "

Wouldn’t be covered the remaining yr I had already paid for but would have to buy a whole new policy. Complete and total rip off. Personally, I feel I should have been reimbursed for the extra yr I paid for in protection I never received also. Buy at your own risk. Luckily, the last young man knew his job and was wonderful and get my item refunded and I was able to replace it within 3 days. "
