My laptop had a spill

"That spill on my laptop shorted it. Sent it to Allstate 4 repairs. Unable to repair. Sent me a check to buy a replacement. Went very smoothly. Took maybe a week total. I've been with allstate/square trade for a decade or two. Never had any issue. Always as good as their word."

Waste of money.

"No store available for repairs in my area. No item replacement being offered. So the insurance was a waste of money. Item is broken and can't be used. No replacement or repair available to fix the problem. "

Our local repair resolution allows the customer to locate a repair shop within their area for quick and easy service without having to mail in their device. This resolution allows the customer to keep their original item and potentially preserve their protection plan in the event another issue arises. Ridiculous

"I don't like the fact that I purchased a full size air fryer with the 2 year protection plan. When my air fryer stopped working, they sent me an air fryer that looks like a toy. It's so small compared the the original one that you can't even cook much in it. This is a huge disappointment."
