"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"OUR POWER WENT OUT OVER A WEEK AGO. ONCE THE POWER CAME BACK ON MY TV, COMPUTER AND PRINTER WERE NOT WORKING. I CALLED WAVE/ASTOUND MY INTERNET SERVICE. The claim process was going to take too long for me to send the modem back and wait for a replacement, so I used a backup Motorola to get me back in operation for my T.V. COMPUTER AND PRINTER. I DID CALL THE ALLSTATE CONTACT FOR THE CLAIM INFORMATION, THE REPRESENATIVE ASKED ME TO SET UP THE MODEM WITH MY POWER AND CONNECTION TO MY INTERNET PROVIDER. SHE DETERMINED THAT IT WAS NOT WORKING AND TOLD ME I COULD SHIP IT BACK BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, I said no just give me a credit. So I decided to forget about the claim. "

They did not have her bike in stock and the option that were available were all for smaller kids and not the same bike size that she originally had so I asked if I could just get a refund and I was able to get a refund and purchase a bike somewhere else so I'm very happy with the process And customer service of Allstate ."
