Happy Surprise

"My dogs ate my cell phone!! I wanted to replace it, but didn't have enough to do so. I called Consumer Cellular about getting a phone on a payment plan and they said I wouldn't be eligible until March. It was then that they noticed that I had the protection plan, which I had forgotten all about. It turned out that for a $25 deductible, I could get me phone replaced. I am very happy that I got the phone protection plan!

The worst hastle ever about everything

"They gave me a hassle about the receipt and not being in a certain format then want me to send pictures of the protection plan and of the item with a note of the date and time and detailed description on the note next to the item then have to wait another 2 days for it to be reviewed this have been going on for a month now "

Ver bad did not help me I did everything they told me

"I went to a local repair shop. Got it tix send invoice. Now they whant me send certificate of technician that is qualified. I took to a licensed repair shop,
I paid my own money to get repaired. To pay for square trade is bad I will recommend my friends and family and all my costumers not to go to this all state . They owe me $165.00 I paid my pocket. You look any excuse yo not comply your insurance
