"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"I called to warranty out my phone because I had it less than a year and had lots of problems with it. When I called them they gave me a couple choices to do, which none of them worked for me, it's my only phone. The person I talked to was really nice and tried to help, but they could only do so much, so I had to ask for a supervisor. After a few moments they got me one and I explained the situation and they understood and warranty it out. It took about an hour and I got my email. I like having them, I just don't like going through all the stuff to replace my phone if needed, and I did need it. My phone was not receiving calls that were important, and playing videos when I was out of the room, and the last one that bothered me was that I put my phone in my purse and then it started playing something and we were trying to figure out what the noise was on coming from and then I checked it, and it was playing some. They wanted me to take the phone to a local shop and have it worked on, but it would cost more to do that then replace it and I think they understood that. I do recommend having the insurance, it has helped us a few times. Thank you and God Bless you guys. "
