"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"I purchased a 3 year protection plan on my 55"Samsung TV. 1 year 1 month later my screen goes black.
I provided all my credentials and since then I have been told that m.y replacement TV would arrive on the 1st of November. NO SHOW!
Then I'm told to take more pictures and send them in an email. I did!.
O get an email early this morning that state by an person by the name of Aisha that my TV has been delivered and if o had any questions to contact Squaretrade.....
Another NO SHOW and now they are saying they are gotng to have to take a look at a few things and get back to me the following day....
I was never provided a tracking number or the company transporting my tv. I don't have a carriers name or tracking number.
It's been over a week now and nothing has taken place other than more excuses and lies about the TV being delivered when it hasn't.
I thought I was making the right choice in insurance when I chose Allstate. Now that all this drama has unfolded and I'm no closer in getting .my replacement TV than when I first reported my need for a replacement TV.
Why have I been treated so poorly and how is Allstate going to clear this mess up d to get me my new replacement TV ASAP!

Tried all I knew to power it up.
Looked at paperwork and lo and behold we had Allstate Protection Plan in our folder.
Contacted Allstate and Representative was very diligent in walking me through a series of tests to determine failure mode.
After several tests and trials the TV was determined Kaputt !!
Easy as it can be said I was offered a New TV to replace my Vizio.
I was offered a choice from 3 TV's listed.
After reviewing choices I made my selection and order was placed for new TV to be shipped to my home within 7-10 days.
WOW.
On the @nd day after the order was placed, I had a brand new TV at my doorstep.
Within an hour I proceeded to make all the connections and read the literature about the new TV and was ready to watch programs shortly thereafter.
Without saying all was great with service and turnaround time from Allstate personnel. Hats off to my first contact rep who took the time and had patience to walk me through the steps.. She was OUTSTANDING.
So with that all is well here and as the saying goes....
HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE !!!!
