"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"My clean handling was horrible. First, rather than understanding the issue with my JBL AirPods audio, I was offered a replacement “case” which tells me that whomever handling did NOT even read my claim details. After sending an email about, I was offered the 3 options of “cheap” replacements Not even anywhere of JBL quality. I even dodged the bullet and chose one option because I don’t want to lose my money that I paid. Another day goes by and I get another email saying they were refund me maybe because they find out that the options offered were cheaper or maybe the options offered the price maybe went up and that’s the reason they decided just to send a check for refund. I have not received the refund yet and they’re only refund in the $19.95 but where is the tax I paid for? Could this experience be any worse? What a shame."
