"I had to go through at least five different persons to get everything taken care of. You need to find a better way of taking care of your customers. By this I mean you go to one department and they give one answer. Another department then refers you to another department and so forth. It seems like they want you to give up. The last person I talked to and I wish I knew his name was the only one that actually started from the beginning to the end and did not refer me to anyone else. He made sure that he took care of every step that was to be done. You need more persons like that person. He was very polite and patient."

Not yet recieved replacement...

"I was very happy with my experience, until, I did no t recieve my replacement vacuum.
Filed a claim, received an answer and was informed that a replacement was in order. Now I have been waiting approximately 2 weeks and still no delivery. If and when I recieve my new vacuum, I would be more than happy to update this review. If I could get anyone from ALSTATE OR WALMART, to contact me that would be great also.
