"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"After 1 year and like 10 days my TV messed up. I had a warranty with Allstate Protection Plan through Walmart that was honored after realizing my TV could not be fixed. We discussed over phone regarding problem solving techniques and after decision was made that it could not be fixed I was informed my tv would be replaced. I just ordered the TV after approx 1 week and it was delivered today. I am VERY satisfied with their service. "

"I bit tedious. Trying to capture a video n upload. I’m 68 years old and don’t know how to resize a video. I had a Samsung and wasn’t offered a Samsung. Knew nothing of the 3 TVS I was offered. Replacement arrived but remote was faulty. Could control via app. Instructed to send back. Revived email that they needed to substitute model. Personally I would have rather had a voucher so I could select a Samsung. I reached out to Costco and they are assisting me with next sets. My claim is in its 19th day. "
"Vizio 75 inch tv, together with extended warranty through Allstate, bought online with Walmart 18 months ago developed dark clouds. Factory reset and other settings did not correct the issue. Allstate quickly addressed the problem and within 24 hours was prepared to send a brand new replacement Vizio. I received the new replacement tv within a week. It was brand new, and easy to set up. The insurance claim process was painless! Allstate did me right!!!

"I bought the insurance for the TV and Allstate replaced it with a less expensive TV which was equivalent in brand size of the original tv. I had a like a 4 year warranty and the Tv died after 2 years. Since Allstate replaced the TV I lost the additional 2 years warranty as their replacement has no warranty. Was it worth it? Yes. They replaced the tv in like 24 hours. I not crazy about the fact I have no more warranty, but for about $30 bucks for the warranty I got a new tv. "
