"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"I had submitted a claim and then 3 weeks later I checked on it. Additional information was needed. I supplied the information. Within a week, I had a new router and my claim was closed. Communications were all done via e-mail or chats. The customer service area was very helpful.

The product literature for this Airplus dehumidifier does not include any manufacturer information. Neither does the box. I assume they don't want to be contacted. I am disappointed that this insurance would replace a product with such an undersized, sketchy, no name product. It is operating and better than nothing for the moment but it certainly is not up to the task."
"My experience has been awful every time I try to get my situation resolved it takes an hour on the phone they originally agreed to fix my phone and nobody would fix it that they recommended. Then they agreed to send me a replacement phone and the phone they sent me was not the phone that I had but a phone that was about 7 years old and inferior to the phone that I had I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved yet every month they have no problem collecting my payment this is a rip off"
