Great experience

"I was having problems with my son's new ride on toy that we had just purchased for his birthday. I knew we had the added protection from Allstate. So I contacted them and they were able to resolve my issue fast and efficiently. I highly recommend Allstate for any insurance purposes."

First forgot the I bought warranty.

"Was easy to go the web site find input information on your item make sure you get your receipt that’s the hard part. Then when verifying product was easy serial number wasn’t hard to find . "

Good Protection

"It is a good plan, but be ready to flight for your rights. In my case the offer me 6 different choices of earbuds replacement and 5 of those were not close to the quality and form factor of the ones been replaced. The remain alternative was a refurbished one with only 90 days of warranty. We ended on good terms, by getting a check for the amount that I paid for the buds."

"I am still working on my claim after 3 months trying to get my furniture replaced. I have spoke with multiple representatives and most have been helpful but just seem to pass my case along. I am hoping for this issue to be resolved soon. "

Still paid out of pocket

"I had a heating pad break after only 6 months. All-State refunded me but not enough to cover the cost increase of the item plus the $6.99 I had to pay in shipping. Item wasn't stocked in store. I see no point paying for this service if I still pay out of pocket. Not a pleasant experience. "
