"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

I did ,and I received an email saying it would take 3 days to get the registration in the system. It has been a week and no communication from the warranty people about my registration for the new dryer or the reimbursement I am to get for my warranty on my old dryer. Also there has been no phone number in the my few emails from the warranty people to contact a person to discuss the situation. There also no thing in the email about a email address to contact for further help. Seems like my situation is put on hold and no one from the warranty people wants me to contact them. You need to do a better job of resolving matters of this nature"
