"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"The first representative I talked to about making a claim was great and easy to understand. I had to call back to make an appointment for the technician to come out. Their appointment link was not working for me...However I gave low ratings for the second representative, Mustafa. He didn't sound enthusiastic to help, his tone was dull and monotonous. I made this call on a Thursday, he made an appointment for me for the following Monday. The day comes and no show for the technician. I called the technician company and they stated they didn't have any record of any appointment made or even my claim. So needless to say I had to call the insurance company back and reschedule another appointment which wouldn't be until the that following Thursday. Luckily the tech company called me asap when they got the claim information they was supposed to have gotten before had it been processed right and was able to move the appointment up to Tuesday. Now hopefully I can get my tv fixed "

"After 3 delayed appointments I am still waiting because parts have not shipped. Three mornings taken off work. Next time I'm offered a protection plan I will decline if it is with this company. Customer Service is awful and have no clue if the parts are in fact ordered. I can't believe you continue to ask for a review. I received more emails for a review than for my claim submitted. "An Apple Watch Series 6 needed a new battery. One repair company said if they repaired it that it would not be water proof. We took it to Apple and they said they could replace the battery but they would have to disable the pulse ox because of litigation. I called Square Trade and they refunded the full purchase price of the watch!"

"It took 3 days to see our tech, who then diagnosed the issue, and ordered parts. Those arrived after 2 days, then after 2 more days our tech came out to install which accurately fixed the issue. Can't argue with good results, although 7 days without a fridge is a long time."
"I purchased at three year warranty on my product it did take a little while to get through the paperwork I did get a little frustrated but in the end I am very happy with the results Allstate came through for me and made it right I really appreciate it that they followed through with what it should have been thank you so much and I would recommend them if their service continues to be this good."
