"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

Offered me a few dollars less than the cost of actually replacement my item, they did say if it was less I could contact them to resolve, but the few dollars wasn't even worth my time to contact them to get the full amount, so I will just take what they gave me."

After realizing my ebay order had a warranty, I was approved within a few minutes. Great experience all around. Would add a more extensive "other" option for when the issue you're facing isn't on the drop down menu."

In my case, my Sony TV is under a three-year warranty so they forward me to the manufacturer for follow up. Unfortunately, it will take several weeks before I receive a replacement TV."
