To many empty promises

"There's just to many unsure statements they forward your warranty to another company for you to get paid then you can't reach that company. So you come back to Allstate and they give you a website to the other company that's no help. So you basically pay for insurance. For them to pawn you off on another company when your purchase fails so you end up getting screwed and not compensated. "

Best Protection Available

"When I got no response from the manufacturer while my product was under “their” 1 year warranty; I received prompt response from Allstate Protection Insurance. Due to the fact the manufacturer ignored my notice about their defected product; Allstate went ahead and took initiative and refunded me for the purchase price of the item. I will definitely be using them again."

Great coverage!

"I'm so glad we purchased insurance for the refurbished Apple watch I got for my husband. He had it for 4 months, got it wet - and I don't mean underwater wet, rather sitting in a tube in the lake - and it stopped working. We followed the return/repair process and received a coupon for the exact same purchase amount and we got another refurbished one for him. Works great so far. I think he will take it off before he sits in a tube in the lake again though. "
