"I’m glad you gave me the opportunity to do a survey. Your 24 hr service ****. Your employees could not follow simple instructions. My service was interrupted for a whole day. I had no service, not because of non payment but because your worker could not follow simple instructions. Either that or they were not paying attention. The 24 hr emergency gave me the runaround. They cared nothing about my power being out. You need to hire people that show a little concern. I was very disappointed with your service. I have been a startex customers for a long time but after that huge inconvenience, lack of communication, I had to change. You guys need to do better. Very very disappointed."
