"I had very ugly 1st hand experience with your customer service agent and even manager’s nonsense maneuvering technics that are disgraceful in nature and certainly frustrated me as a consumer. Instead of correcting someone’s mistake as an appropriate action to take, your service folks are given me bunch of lies and made-up stories. That is not an acceptable manner for any company to do normal business in Texas. My problem remains unsolved as we speak. Hopefully someone listens before I escalate the matter to TUC for arbitration. Tks."
