The first time I called, I had set a time up a couple days later for the rep to call me back to we could finish the changes to our account, but he didn't call back at the time scheduled, he called back after business hours, so I didn't get his call. Luckily, he left adequate notes, so when I called back, the next rep was able to help me quickly and efficiently. George was very helpful and courteous."
