"It was ok, not excellent. Your online program didn't recognize my password and there was no way to go a screen to change password. I tried to re-establish my account and that didn't work either. I had to call customer service to pay my bill whereas I always pay online. I hope your tech folks are working on getting your program fixed before I get next month's bill."
