"My general experience is very good. However, I do not understand why it took 7 days after you deposited my check (11/06/17) which cleared my bank on 11/08/17 to show as pending on your system (11/13/17). I personally find this unacceptable. Payments should post when received, or at the very least, when deposited. Also, why does the due date vary? Every other utility, as well as other bills, are due on the same date every month."

"Find a better answer as to why there are different due dates on a clients bill every month. Or at least have the courtesy to ask if there is a problem with having an unstable due date each month. Some of us set our payments up on Bill Payer and when the date changes every month to cover over a 7 day gap, it causes payments to be late that would not have been, which will allow you all to profit off of a later payment charge would not have occurred if the due date was stable. It makes your company look greedy when you say, Oh our meter readers go out and the days change from month to month... Hogwash! That is too crazy! Really! Due dates should be stable, that's all it is to that! Unless like I said, you all are greedy and want to collect late fees, which is how it looks to me!"
