After the review they immediately called us and talked about some different ways for trying to solve our problem. And the day after they sent us an email about it again and gave us options to follow. They didn’t let this problem unsolved and called second time to solve our problems and finally managed to solve it. We got our refunds for cancellation of our tickets and was very positive and nice to us along the process. They carefully handled the problem. They really care about the reviews and try to solve problems.
We had so many problems caused by airlines and delays with our departure flight. Now we are applying for compensation and we hope that studentuniverse advocate our rights one more time as they already said they would be happy to help us."
“Hi there, we're sorry you feel this way. It's unfair to say that we ruined your trip—it is standard airline policy that if the flight is partially flown, the rest of the itinerary is non-refundable. In addition, it's the traveler's responsibility to make sure that you understand what the needed transit visas and other travel documents are before booking/traveling. We offered to cancel the entire flight and provide a refund with the cancellation fee if you wanted. As it stands, we will make a special request to the airline to refund the return flights for you, but this is not airline policy and we will have to wait and see if the special request is granted. ”
