"I payed more than 3k $.I received the email confirmation and in the evening,they just canceled my flight with a false reason,and asked me to wait 7-10 business days to have a refund.and I had to call them many time and for more than 5 hours during 2 days.and now that I received the refunds,they charged me 72$ of fees without no reason again

"Student universe is fine to get a flight or hotel but just make sure you do not have an issue because they will reap you off with they fee etc! Also, 2 times i had issue with their prices the price they charge is different from what the company charge off the bank card and they refunded the first time. This time they charge my card over 177 more than what the company said they charge for and there was no explanation from them and one agent even hanged out the phone when I insured to understand. "
