"I purchased one-way flights from Phoenix to Warsaw, Poland. It was one of the lowest prices I found. The trip went well. I'm not a student but certain flights are available to purchase from them nonetheless. Two layovers with around 2.5 hours between flights which is the minimum amount of time I would want in order to make the connections, considering potential long immigration and security lines. I was also concerned about whether our checked luggage would be to final destination or per leg. It turned out that the connecting flights were with sister companies and our luggage was checked through all the way to Warsaw. We did not miss any flights, all tickets were legit, I saved some money and I'm a happy camper. Things worked out, it was the happy path. I can't speak about their customer service, or anything about refunds or changes because I did not have to do any of those. I would consider them again if I have to buy plane tickets in the future."
"They keep cancelling my flights"
"Absolute scam, I paid my ticket yesterday and literally within a few minutes they sent me a email saying that the informations of the card payment wasn’t right asking me to send a picture of the card. Which obviously I didn’t do I am not stupid. And because I refused they canceled my reservation, I know as a matter of fact the payment was accepted because I had already been withdrawn. I am waiting to see if they will refund me. But terrible, I wish I had only read the other reviews before buying. They are all very bad, please do not buy anything with them. THIS IS NOT SAFE!!! "

"Whenever I tried to book my flight that has route from my favorable location the website shows the flight details unable to fetch. When you donot have the flight info why not remove that from your site. This is the bug you need to work onto and try to connect with the airlines.
Apart from that process was hazelfree and process was competitive so point for that. But try to figure out the flight detail issue.
