I had never booked with StudentUniverse and was rather disappointed that my payment was accepted, the booking confirmed, but when I tried to check in before leaving Sydney for Perth to catch my connecting flight to Albany I was not able to check in. I stressed for the entire flight from Sydney to Perth to find that I did not have a ticket although my payment had been accepted and booking confirmed. I had to purchase a new ticket with another vendor as I was not able to contact anyone from StudentUniverse in the short time frame. It was very upsetting. "

The cardholder’s phone number and email so we can contact them
Color pictures (not scanned) of the front & back portion of the card used in the purchase, with the first 12 digits of the credit card number and the security code covered.
A photo of a valid ID showing the card holder’s signature.
Valid ID of passenger/s.
Once we’ve confirmed the card information, your reservation will be ticketed at the current rate available.
Unfortunately, if we do not receive this information in time, we will have to cancel the flight and refund any charges made."

All this happen hours after they already sent me my flight confirmation email.
