"I tried to make a purchase back in February and their webpage never confirmed it, nor did I receive any confirmation email form Student Universe, absolutely nothing. So I went ahead and booked a ticket in March 14th thinking the purchase didn't go through. Now after the 72 hour period has ended I receive an email from Student Universe saying that I have two similar bookings and that the ticket is no longer voidable. They actually waited to notify me after the cooling period was over so I couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed with their service. Make sure that if you are purchasing anything from them you check with your bank if they charged you. "
"I was directed to Student/Universe from Kayak to book a flight. I was glad to see an option to cancel the flight within 7 days for a fee of $12.90. I did have to call customer service at one point, and I was helped by a kind, knowledgeable assistant who was able to answer all my questions. This was a great experience all around!"
