"Had to keep waiting till the absolute last minute and got a gate that was right in line with the quotes I was getting when you buy way early. The flight cost less than the money I saved from other sites. Then my flight got messed up and I called student universe and was directed to the airline who, after 45 min on hold had my one way ticket from Minnesota to California turned into a round trip but returning from Las Vegas, which was actually the layover. I was directed back to student universe by the airline and the agent wasn't helping very much, so I requested a supervisor, who quickly and pleasantly fixed everything and contacted the airline to confirm everything for me. Customer service counts most when you have a problem, and even though I had to get to a supervisor for resolution, they went above and beyond and were decent the whole way. I would definitely use them again, just maybe with a different airline."
