"I ordered the Cooler Master ATC-210B-AX1 Tower with window from them. They shipped it the exact same day I ordered, giving me plenty of confirmation emails. I received it exactly one week later. The price was decent. Although they don't offer much merchandise, the stuff they have is good. I don't know how customer service is because I do not need it yet, hopefully I won't. I would definitely order from them again."

I called to find out if the order was going out yesterday, which I was told yes. Then I got a call from the lady that I talked to, and she informed me that warehouse could not ship the order yesterday and will do so today. She has also send an email with the apology. I am VERY VERY pleased with the customer service! Compare to other places, I think SundialMicro has one of the best. The case was indeed shipped today. "Sundial Micro is among the best of online retailers. Questions were answered in a timely fashion by friendly staff. Items were shipped quickly. Online ordering is secure.

Only gripe is that I had to purchase 2 additional fans since the site said exhaust fans were not included with the case. However, the case shipped with factory fans installed. On a good note, since they were out of the replacement fans they gave me thermal controlled silence fans at the same price as the replacement fans.
