Supplier Delays

"Understandably, there are industry delays, but I waited 30 days for a $300 order of Boshart Filter Housings only to be informed they would be delayed again for another estimated 1-2 months. I received a partial order, but I'll pay more for in stock items in the future. Customer service was responsive when I asked questions, but I would have expected some consideration, discounting, or similar. Fast shipping on in stock items. I purchased the items from a local supplier. Would purchase again from SupplyHouse, but only for items in stock."

Quality with fast delivery

"Needed round pvc electrical box with large capacity. Three of the big box stores only had shallow 4” round pvc boxes Supply House had the deep boxes and shipment arrived next day. So far all of my experiences with Supply House have been good. "

"Supplyhouse.com had the parts I was looking for in stock. Website search found part numbers and included the corrrect supersession. Supplyhouse.com’s price was lower than the OEM’s. When I had a question, I called Supplyhouse and an actual person answered. That person provided the answer quickly. Package arrived the next day. There isn’t more I could ask for!!"
