"Have ordered with SupplyHouse for years now and always received good service and exactly the parts I need. My most recent order was split into three shipments even though I specified when ordering to ship all parts of the order at the same time. All three splits were invoiced separately and shipped in three boxes. The shipper lost the smallest box which was actually a small flex-pack of nuts. Finally got the missing parts two days after the delivery of the other two boxes. Why is SupplyHouse splitting orders now? I have had the same treatment from scAmazon and I refuse to order from them now. It would be a classy move if customer service will offer a VERY good reason for this change both to me directly and on this review forum - if not, I will be finished with SupplyHouse too."

To clarify, we ship from several distribution centers across the country—Ohio, New Jersey, Nevada, and Texas—and in this case, your order had items located in our Texas, Nevada, and New Jersey distribution centers. Although we shipped all parts of your order the same day, the separate locations resulted in multiple shipments. We understand how this was misleading when the option to ship together was selected and we apologize for the inconveneince it has caused.
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and will gladly provide information about stock locations before you place an order if you contact our Customer Service team if you choose to order from us in the future. We appreciate your feedback as we hope to improve our stock across all distribution centers for the future to mitigate the need for multiple shipments when able to.
