"Would not take back defective products. Walk-in (not mail-order). Bought 40+ Optodisc DVD-R blank media. Media would not burn (nor simulate) over 3.5-4GB worth of data (specs says 4.37GB). Tried to return, but they would not take back or give store credit. They said they had people return bad spindles of same brand as well. Claimed that my media was opened (duh!), so they wouldn't take it back."

Product bought was a cordless drill. The battery on this product sucks, ie., if its kept in the drill, the battery just drains away. I didnt find out about this till after the 30 day warranty period. :-(.
The store does seem to have some good deals though. Just make sure your products work as promised within the 30 day warranty period."

"I placed my order as a result of receiving an email advertisement. I thought the prices were great so I ordered. My confirmation said to allow 7-10 working days but it's been 3 weeks. I've sent 2 emails to the customer service department to check on the status of my order and have not received any response or information regarding my order. I think if you are unable to fulfill an order you should not send out spam email advertising. I was really looking forward to receiving my merchandise but I guess I won't be getting it.

"EVERYTHING in this order did NOT work. And it was beyond warranty time before I sold them to customers finding out they didn't work. If I do order from here again, I suppose I'll have to OPEN everything and test making things look second hand before I put out for sell in my store.
