"The prices are great, but the customer service is not. I purchased a hard drive that arrived DOA. They refused to honor thier warrenty, claiming I purchased the drive 5 months before the date on the invoice. After trying to explain it to them several times, I told thier RMA department to forget it, it was not worth the trouble for a $15.00 part, but they could expect a bad rating from me. At that point, they tried to get me to asccept an RMA#. I felt it was not proper for me to accept it at that point, as I felt they where bribing me not to give a bad rating."

"I got a great deal on software for my PC, and they also promo the item with Free Shipping... I also got a USB Flash/keydrive there too..., which was really smallest as the manufacture desc... the only downfall was due to what seemed to be propritary software to installation, even though it had extra features... it was the PQI brand.
- update: Hmm it seems the software was not so good since I now notice there is a difference in versions hence I may need to get another one since It does not have certain plug-ins that are now offered. Although I feel it was just bad timing..."
