"I was going to add a Mitsubishi Wireless Remote Receiver when I installed a heat pump about 3 years ago. At the time it was priced at $350 from the AC reseller. In August 2021 I did a search and found the updated model MHK2 on Sylvane's site for $275 (they gave me a veterans discount also). They had the item in stock, delivered for free and it arrived on time. Installation was easy but the setup required a little finesse. All is running fine now. I set up a setback schedule, something I wanted to do all along, and it's too early to tell but I expect to be saving energy."

"Purchased the unit last year. Unit worked well. Kept up with maintenance and properly stored the machine during the winter (in a monitored climate controlled area). April 2021, machine seemed a bit slow to start. Didn't think anything of it. Machine stopped working in June of 2021. Customer service was contacted-crickets. Will try them one more time. Fingers crossed. If no response will never purchase/use another Sylvane project again."
