"You know, TCWO came highly recommended to me and I've been nothing but disappointed. They shipped the parts I ordered in a timely manner but the motherboard crashed on me within four days. I sent it back for repair, and they fixed the chipset fan, saying everything else was fine. It still would not boot, so they told me to send the power supply along with the mainboard this time. Fine. Two weeks pass and I finally get both parts back, supposedly new. Low and behold, the power supply is bad. By this time, I'm extremely frustrated. I have to pay for shipping AGAIN and send the power supply back for a replacement. I requested that they TEST the power supply before shipping it to me. Two weeks later when I hadn't received it, I called to ask what the problem was. I was told it had shipped that day and upon asking if it had been tested, was informed that it had not.

I did end up receiving a working power supply, but the mainboard was still defective and refused to boot. When I called in to tech support for the umteenth time, I was treated like an idiot. "Well, we've sent you two mainboards and YOU still couldn't get it to work." I resented the tone taken with me, probably because I am female. Fine. I assumed it was something I had done wrong, or one of my parts.

I went out and replaced the memory, hard drive, video card, floppy drive and CD-RW drive, all to no avail. I finally gave up and sent it to my friend in Florida who had originally recommended TCWO and asked that HE deal with it. What do you know? They were nice to HIM and listened to HIM. He now has my new mainboard on the way to his house, after keeping my CPU and replacing only the motherboard with one of his own and getting the system to work.

I am very disappointed in this company as a whole and will NEVER do business with them again. If you'll notice, this has been ongoing since JANUARY.

"Prices are great, shipping is OK, but warranties are not. I ordered a processor for a computer that I had accidentally gotten the HSF power cord stuck in between it and the CPU, and two days later it died on me. However, because I did not have a long period of time with which to spend on hold, I did not get around to calling until roughly two months after the original order. Because I did not order it with a fan, they refused to replace it. I know it was not any physical damage on their end, so beware when ordering CPUs from TCWO. "To follow up with my comments below, i recieved the replace CPU within 3 days. The package was well packed, and the CPU was flawless. It works great, and my computer up and running now. I purchased AMD Athlon XP 2000 from them a couple weeks ago. The package came very well packed, but i didn't have time to install it a week later and then i found out that for some reason the CPU didn't work. So i called the tech line; even though the dealer warranty already expired, they were able to extend the warranty for me which is cool. So i sent the CPU back with confirmation and tracking, but i didn't hear anything from them after a week i sent the package. So i called the tech line again, and they said that they've never recieved the package. As the same time, i sent them an email and asking them for help. Well, later that nite i got an email from them saying that the replacement CPU has been sent out. Moreover, my overall experience with TCWO is consider as good as you can get online. They're probably the best vendor i have deal with so far. So i gave them a thump up and a 9 out of 10. The only thing that i'm against them is that the tech line is always busy and yet they put you on hold forever. It took me almost 1/2 hour to reach to their tech line. However, they seem to respond email pretty quick. So my advice is that email them with all your problems and questions instead of calling their tech line. You can call their tech line if you don't mind the hold. Anyway, I would more than happy than to do business with them in the future."
