"I got a great deal from TCWO for a SB audigy sound card. The site is extremely easy to use (although order tracking took me a while to find) and they offer great deals. Ground shipping was free, which was an added bonus to the already-low-priced sound card.

"So far I have bought a PNY GeForce4 Ti4600, Antec SX1040B, 24" Rounded ATA133 cables, and a 60 GB HDD from TCWO with great results. Just ordered a MSI KT3 Ultra-ARU DDR S/R/U2 which I am waiting on right now. I usually order on a saturday, get confirmation by Monday, and it's at my door by wednesday or thurs at the latest. So far, by the time I've gotten the email with the UPS tracking number, it's already here in Orlando! Kinda helps that TCWO is in Tampa. "This reseller has very good cusomter support. I place my order on June 6, along with many other orders from newegg and various other resellers. Well I get an email that weekend saying my credit card was declined, while all my other orders were processed and most shipped. So I call Monday, the 10th, and they rerun my card. It works, and I mentioned about how it says it's 5 dollars cheaper on pricewatch then on their website. She tells me that's was for phone orders only, but she gave me the discount because I mentioned it! Pretty sweet. So the order is shipped that day and it arrives in 2 days on Tuesday. Awesome. "

"I upgrade my home and office computers at least twice a year and when I do so I usually order the parts from different online vendors. This is the first time that I have used TCWO. Overall I was pleased with the service. They have a policy on shipping to a different address than billing that would have caused problems, but they put my order through after a few emails.

My only major complaint is the turn around from order to ship and the selection. 48 hours is excessive for an online computer distributor. The other pieces that I ordered from different vendors were shipped same day if I put the order in before 3pm. Thompson's promises 24-48 hours. The selection is a little sparse. I have specific parts that I am looking for and I would have been happy to order all of them from TCWO however they did not carry majority (i.e. Abit or Asus Motherboards, Corsair RAM etc.)

Overall:
The price was good, shipping costs were excellent, email customer service was efficient if vague, selection was thin, order to ship turnaround was decent.

Will definately order from Thompson's again if they have the parts I'm looking for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service."

"First off, they did not tell me my athlons were on back order. I found my Athlons cheaper some place else and i asked them to cancel my order. They shipped it anyways. then i had to pay for shipping back which i dont think they will refund. They received the RMA package of my athlons on June 7th and to this day i have still not received my refund. I dont think i'd ever buy from this place again!"
