"I couldn't believe it. I placed the order on Friday morning(July 12th). I read your disclaimer....24 to 48 hours to process and ship, then FedEx to me. I left for my brother-in-laws on Friday afternoon about 1pm, thinking that my modem would be here on Monday or Tuesday. After setting up my brother-in-laws computer(finished about 8 pm(Central Daylight Savings), I decided to check my eMail and a couple of websites just to make sure his connection/modem was working. Imagine my surprise to discovery that the modem I had ordered from you was already on the way to my house.....
FedEx was at my house, but I was still on the road. Total time from my online order until I could have taken possession(if I had been home)......38+ hours......
Now this is the way online business should be done. You have set the bar exceptionally high, and I would recommend(and will to my customers) your company both for prices and service.
This is the kind of surprise that I could learn to love!

"This was my second time shopping for a motherboard, processor and fan at TCWO, and they do not disappoint! TCWO remains at the top of my list of online resellers. Their service and products are EXCELLENT.
Great selection, easy to navigate website, low prices. Ordering was painless. I had it shipped via their default shipping option (Fedex saver, I think), and it arrived in 5 business days (including processing). The order was well packed, I got everything I ordered, nothing was damaged or used, AND there was a free pack of life savers.
My only complaint is that they never sent me a tracking number / shipping confirmation like last time I ordered, but they did send me a notice saying it would ship in 24 hours, and it did.

"I had to get RMA#s on 2 AMD 1800 OEM CPUs already and I really do love the way this company handles things. Technical support actually KNOWS what they're talking about. Not some bum teen workers reading scripts off a computer script with the solution printed.. real quality service. Ship packages quickly and live up to, and past, their word.. I shipped a faulty chip back and I has to use priority mail because I was a little short on cash and it looked as if I would be a day late on my warranty. "Wonderful. I had to return a CPU that went dead due to "testing". While I was waiting over the weekend for shipping info everything else went very well. The tech was quick to get my info and got me a RMA#, I shipped it back and when I got it back I was reminded why I love this place FREE LIFESAVERS!!! My fiancé and I split the pack while I reassembled my computer.
My original purchase was wonderful as well. Since I was shipping next day air and currently my CPU was out of stock till the next day when they would be getting more the guys at shipping slapped my label on a box that was originally going out ups ground. Honestly that is the best service I have ever received from a computer store. While I don't enjoy paying $25.00 for over night shipping you defiantly get what you pay for.
Wishing I had more money to buy from them again.

"I was referred to them as being VERY cheap and VERY reliable. The prices were GREAT the parts were GREAT. I got a confirmation of my order, then i got an email about it being processed, and then one containing the tracking number. Overall I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. There are only a few things that I think could use some improvement.
1. They could give more information about motherboards and tell in plain english what is onboard. Instead of using abbreviations.
2. They tracking number could be e-mailed as soon as the package is sent. I didn't know if my package was out or not, until a day after it had been shipped.
3. Even though I didn't have to contact them. The e-mail was very deceiving, at first it said to reply then it said not to reply, but to reply to a different address.
I hope to get my package tomorrow.

But still there wasn't answers to the questions i asked. Yesterday i got their e-mail that my order was shipped yesterday and answer to my question ( after 4 days ). The next day they sent an email to have me call them. The item is out of stock. I inform them that their site didn't show that. She said that at the time of my order it was in stock but now it isn't, but they expect more by NEXT WEEK.
I cancelled the order. I checked their site after the call & it didn't list it out of stock. Same also 24 hrs later."
"TCWO has always served me very well and they ship quickly and without much hassle. Changing/canceling orders was a breeze, and sales responds very quickly. Recently some parts were backordered but were not updated on the website, but to compensate for the inconvenience TCWO said they'd ship it by 3 day air (and it was a LOT of parts, so this must really cost them) even though I only paid for their very low 7 dollar ground shipping. While everyone makes mistakes, it is important how mistakes are handled, and TCWO handles them well, and I would recommend them to anyone for their prices, shipping, and service."
"Sales department failed to respond to any of my emails. Even an email just asking if the CPUs are tested. Even though they did not answer I went ahead and ordered a Palomino chip. I have yet to see my order yet. I emailed them 3 days ago and asked for a FedEx airbill tracking number, and no response. This is not impressive to me. The so called 3 day shipping has already taken a week, and I probably will not see the part until tommorrow or the next day. If you want really good customer service, it is worth the extra few bucks to order from www.directron.com or www.neobox.ws. Their customer service is good, great tech support, and they will not avoid emails. They'll even call you in the rare instance that your part is on back order. Plus Directron is ranked among the top 10 overclocker sites."
