then I got this on the 27th of july: what happened to 24hrs?

I got this on the 29th of july saying it was sent on the 27th, but if you track it UPS says that they didn't get till 29th, and why would they send me two e-mails saying they sent the package on the same date?

I e-mailed the sales dept. to see if they had a reason for this delay, that was a couple of days ago, and nobody has said anything yet, infact nobody has e-mailed explainning why I ordered on july 24th but won't be getting my processor till aug. 6th. needless to say I have learned my lesson.
