The first agent could not answer my questions about sending a gift and transferred me to customer service which disconnected the call. He also didn’t speak English very well. After another 45 minutes, I got a woman who was better. However, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that they were unable to send my purchase as a gift! No guarantee that the price would be removed, no ability to send a card, no gift slip. This is NOT the Talbots that I was used to in the past."
