"Reordered a different size and paid for it over the phone on 11/9/24 and the order still has not shipped as of 11/16/24.the status shows a shipping label has been created. That’s it. Very disappointed as I needed these jeans for a vacation that is coming up."

"My phone experience was good. I was shocked to hear my Talbots card had been discontinued by the bank due to inactivity. I’ve been a customer for many years and had no inklings the bank had done this. Very disappointed. I liked being a Talbots member and customer. I purchase less now that I am retired but I always started my shopping at Talbots."

"I did this review on my second call. I was hold for over 45 minutes both times. The first agent could not answer my questions about sending a gift and transferred me to customer service which disconnected the call. He also didn’t speak English very well. After another 45 minutes, I got a woman who was better. However, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that they were unable to send my purchase as a gift! No guarantee that the price would be removed, no ability to send a card, no gift slip. This is NOT the Talbots that I was used to in the past."

"I ended up calling my order because I never got the screen questions which allowed me to give an answer as to what my problem was...I was trying to see what was in my bag before I ordered. The options I could click on asked me to place an order. I went around this several times before I finally hung up when I waited for someone to come on the call I placed. I think I will stop using my computer to place orders--I lost a lot of valuable time that day. When I called Talbots directly, the associate handled the problem --she got my order done quickly and at the same time was very understanding of how the computer experience had been."
