"I was very happy with the phone call. She was friendly and told me I would be refunded for the missing package. However, I still haven't been refunding. Now I felt like maybe it was a false promise. I reordered everything and received the new order but never the old order and it hasn't been refunded. My original package never arrived. We checked our Ring doorbell for the day it was supposedly delivered and nothing was delivered that day (original order 241019IE44137). I did get my second order (241104TD01470)."
