"After I called Talbot's to add the apartment number to the address (spoke with Jose), I later received an email from Talbot's saying that only 2 of my 6 items had shipped and another email saying that the rest of my order had been cancelled!!! I then called Talbot's again, and the rep told me that it was cancelled because of some problem with the address! All I did was add an apt. #. It took about 20 minutes on the phone to get this straightened out and to re-order my other four items. The rep. was very friendly and had no idea how and why all these items I'd ordered had gotten cancelled. Fortunately, she was able to retrieve the original order (that I'd just place a couple of hours earlier) and re-enter everything. Now it looks like everything has shipped (albeit as two separate orders), but it was a frustrating experience. I'm a long time Talbot's customer but will think twice before I order online again....."
