However, I find it inexcusable that Comenity is charging $2.99 for a customer to recieve a monthly bill, if purchases have been made. We should pay to receive a bill? Is this really good customer service? Many of your customers are older women, myself included. (I have been a Talbot's customer since 1977. We areoften not terribly computer savy and recieing a bill online may be difficult or even impossible. I believe you should give more consideration to those woho have been loyal customers and helped you build your brand. Furthermore, I have heard from salespersons that many people complain about Comenity and their service, esp. on the phone. They are short and rude with Talbot's customers, myself included at times. I would like to suggest that they are not hlelping your reputation or supplying good service to your customers. I believe you should reexamine your association with this company."
