"I would have had a better experience if the representative spoke English as a first language. I had a great deal of trouble understanding him and had to ask him to repeat many times. When I placed my order I put one wrong number in the address. He said he couldn't change it and told me to cancel and reorder. I didn't want to do that and said I would take my chances. He insisted on doing it his way. After the call I received message that the item was no longer available. It gets worse...I will be calling Customer Service again. There are still issues that need to be resolved. I hope my contact is able to communicate better than the last one!"

The customer service rep took my order and used older reward . Tried to find out why only newest rewards show up. Supervisor couldn’t answer that question. Representative put a note in my file regarding this. Not the first time I’ve tried to get an answer for this."
