They didn't BS about arrival dates, letting me know exactly what they knew from their suppliers, and notified me of the chip's stepping (CAB2E 0540) once it arrived. Even gave me the option to cancel if I was disappointed in the stepping, which is absolutely awesome. (Though I'm guessing that had something to do with the ridiculous popularity of the chip -- no doubt they could've turned around and resold easily if I canceled. Pretty sweet nonetheless.)
