"Ordered a $74 toy online to pick up instore. Go in-store to pick up within 3 hours after 2 was approximate. No one in-store had a clue of status and told me to get off shelf. Learned there wasn't any and returned to desk and they still had no clue.
Told me to just wait until they contacted me. 7 hours and still no word. Awful services!"
