"Ordered on-line for pick-up. Went to the store a day later and the item was no there (after waiting in line for my pick-up). No explanation. Just not there. Sales associate seemed as surprised as I was. There were no more in the store. He suggested I reorder for pick-up. Not really helpful, disappointing"

"Delivery was in progress and cancelled by email because it was out of stock despite the shopper saying by text the TV was loaded and the website said delivery was in progress within the hour. No customer support is authorized to do anything but advise cancelling the order by their tech or by the website on your own. Refunds take days for reimbursement to your personal bank account so your money is held as a free loan to them."

"I had an incredibly frustrating situation picking up my items. I used drive-up/pick-up to avoid going into the store. Everything seemed fine until I got home. Upon opening my bag, my item (a back pack) had been run over by the delivery cart and was black and stained and the plastic bag it was in was torn, and it was clear what had happened. I had to go back to the store. I spoke to the employee in the parking lot that delivered it, and he apologized but informed me I had to go inside to exchange it even though it was his error. When I went inside the store, there were no less than 20 people in line ahead of me for customer service. I didn't have time to hunt down the item and risk having more people get in line ahead of me, so I found an employee and told him what happened and asked for his help to go retrieve a new back pack off the shelf while I waited in the customer service line. That employee said he would do that and then never returned (I waited about 7-10 minutes or more). I found another employee(an older gentleman, not one of the young kids who I had originally encountered) who said he'd help me exchange the back pack if I wanted to go find the back pack and bring it up to him. As I walked through the store, the employee I had originally asked to get me a new backpack was darting out of my line of sight to avoid me. I saw him continue to look back to see if I had spotted him. It was clear that he never looked for the item I needed, as he had a grocery bag full of items for another shopper at that point. I could not believe the disrespect and lack of customer service! If Target won't train their young employees to be helpful, respectful, and make good on their errors, I won't be returning as a customer. I shouldn't have even had to go into the store in the first place, which is why I chose online shopping and pick-up to begin with. I'm grateful for the older gentleman who finally assisted me, but there's no excuse for what happened, and I won't be returning to this store. "
